The Pro-Line fire hose reel 3/4 and 1 inch til 30 meter are manufactured and certified according to Kiwa EN 671-1 and CE compliance and comes in standard issue with a powder coating colour RAL 3000 fire red, complete with mounting package (nozzle hook, hose guide, mounting plate and ball valve).
Cooperating with a Product Development Company and a University during the development stage, has led to a high quality product (Patent). The design of the Pro-Line fire hose reel is deposited at a modeling Agency (design protection).
The application of synthetic materials has been confined to the non-load bearing components. Thus we opted again for reliability, which means trouble-free use, a long life and a guaranteed extinguishing power when needed.
After a quality control, which consists of a pressure test of 20 Bar water pressure and 7 Bar air pressure, the Pro-line reel leaves the factory, adequately packed.
Thanks to the slide-in system and the clear mounting instructions the Pro-line Reel unit can be mounted easily and fast. With the slide-in system, the sealings on building sites are no longer exposed, ensuring a foolproof functioning and prevention of damage to the Pro-Line fire hose reel.
